After-Hours Urgent Repairs: Common Property Assistance

We understand that emergencies can happen at any time. To ensure your Owners Corporation’s common property is promptly attended to, we have partnered with Priority One Building Services to manage after-hours urgent repair requests.

When to Call for Assistance

If you require urgent common property repair assistance outside of standard business hours (after 5 PM on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays), please contact Priority One Building Services directly at:

Important Terms & Conditions

Before calling, please review the following:

1. Minimum Call Fees:
   • Every phone call to Priority One will incur a minimum fee of $66 (inc. GST).
   • We strongly recommend only calling for genuine urgent repairs related to common property to avoid unnecessary costs.
2. Call-Out Fees:
   • If Priority One is required to attend the site, a minimum call-out fee of $528 (inc. GST) will apply.
   • Final costs may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the repair.
3. Non-Common Property Repairs:
   • If the issue is determined to be non-common property or not the responsibility of your Owners Corporation, you will be personally responsible for any associated fees and charges.

For Tenants: Tenancy-Related Urgent Repairs

If you are a tenant and require repairs that are the responsibility of your landlord, please contact your property manager or managing agent directly.

Note: Priority One Building Services handles Owners Corporation matters only. If you contact Priority One for tenancy-related repairs, a minimum $66 (inc. GST) call fee will be charged for triage purposes.
